A message from the School Meals Service
Dear Richard Avenue Families,
The school meals service is holding a Celebrating Global Tastes promotional day on Thursday 5th October. On this day the menu will be:
Main course choices
- Chinese chicken curry with rice & sweetcorn
- American burger in a bun with fries & baked beans
- Italian meatballs with spaghetti & sweetcorn
Dessert
- American cookie & ice cream
- fresh fruit salad
We would encourage all children to have a school meal on the day. If your child does not normally have school dinners then please let the school office know in advance if they want to be part of the promotional day so that the kitchen can plan to feed them.
In each year group there will be a lucky golden ticket winner of a cupcake set, who will then enter a prize draw to try and win one of the following star prizes: £20 Amazon voucher (there are 8 prizes available).
